Grind ingredients under marinade to a smooth paste except for curd.

Transfer the paste to a bowl and mix the curd in it.

Marinate the veggies and paneer with this paste and keep aside for an hour.

Thread one piece each of the paneer, sweet potato, and banana onto a toothpick.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more tikkas.

Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the tikkas on a medium flame, using oil, till the paneer and vegetables are light brown in color from all sides.

Serve immediately.
