Ingredients

Green Marinade

  • 1/2 cup fresh hung curd
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • rock salt to taste

Other Ingredients

  • 200 gm paneer cut into 1" cubes
  • 150 gm raw banana parboiled cut into 1" cubes
  • 150 gm sweet potato cut into 1" cubes and parboiled
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Grind ingredients under marinade to a smooth paste except for curd.
  2. Transfer the paste to a bowl and mix the curd in it.
  3. Marinate the veggies and paneer with this paste and keep aside for an hour.
  4. Thread one piece each of the paneer, sweet potato, and banana onto a toothpick.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more tikkas.
  6. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the tikkas on a medium flame, using oil, till the paneer and vegetables are light brown in color from all sides.
  7. Serve immediately.
