Ingredients

  • 1 cup matki moth dal (soaked overnight in water)
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp hing
  • ¼ cup besan
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil

Dosa stuffing

  • 4 egg white
  • ¼ cup paneer grated
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato Chopped
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

Dosa stuffing

  1. In a bowl add egg white, paneer, onion, tomato, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves
  2. Beat well and keep it aside!

Dosa

  1. In a grinder, jar add matki (moth) dal, green chilli, cumin seeds and 1 tbsp water.
  2. Grind to make a smooth paste and remove it in a deep bowl.
  3. Add hing, besan, salt and ¼ cup water to it.
  4. Mix it well and make lumps free batter.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle full of batter.
  6. Swirl it to make a thin dosa and apply around ½ tsp oil to it
  7. Spread 2 tbsp of stuffing mixture on dosa evenly
  8. Cook for 2 minutes and flip aside
  9. Let it cook for 2 more minutes.
  10. Flip it again and cook for another minute.
  11. It's Ready!
  12. Clean the pan and repeat for the remaining batter!
  13. Serve hot with onion chutney!
