In a grinder, jar add matki (moth) dal, green chilli, cumin seeds and 1 tbsp water.

Grind to make a smooth paste and remove it in a deep bowl.

Add hing, besan, salt and ¼ cup water to it.

Mix it well and make lumps free batter.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle full of batter.

Swirl it to make a thin dosa and apply around ½ tsp oil to it

Spread 2 tbsp of stuffing mixture on dosa evenly

Cook for 2 minutes and flip aside

Let it cook for 2 more minutes.

Flip it again and cook for another minute.

It's Ready!

Clean the pan and repeat for the remaining batter!

Serve hot with onion chutney!
