In a big bowl, mix the ingredients for outer covering and form a dough.

Roast the peanuts and cashew nuts till light brown in color and crush them coarsely.

Mix them with raisins and coconut. Keep the stuffing aside.

Make medium sized balls from the banana dough mixture and flatten it.

Place 1 tbsp of the prepared stuffing, bring the edges towards the center and gently seal the edges.

Heat ghee in the frying pan and fry the pattice until golden brown, turning them occasionally.

Serve farali pattice with coriander chutney.
