Dry Fruit Oats Laddu

Ingredients

  • ½ cup lightly roasted rolled oats
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • ¾ cup chopped jaggery
  • ½ cup lightly roasted rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp pistachios lightly roasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp almonds lightly roasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp walnuts lightly roasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds lightly roasted

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a broad non–stick pan, add the jaggery and cook on a slow flame till the jaggery melts while stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from flame, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Keep aside to cool for 2 minutes.
  4. Grease your hands with the remaining ¼ tsp of ghee.
  5. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions, shape each portion into a round ball by rolling it in between your palms.
  6. Cool completely and store in an air-tight container
