In a bowl, make the curd-mango mixture using mango purée, curd, gram flour, green chilli paste, turmeric, salt, and water.

Heat some oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, red chili, curry leaves and mix.

Now, pour the curd-mango mixture, jaggery and cook it.

Season it with ginger powder and serve garnished with coriander.
