Paneer Pudina Tikki
Ingredients
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- 2 green chilli
- 250 grams paneer
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder arbi ka aata
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions

Start with fine chopping the mint leaves and chillies

Grate the paneer and combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well

Start giving the tikkis shape. Feel free to use moulds

Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.

Place the tikkis on the pan and cook them until golden brown

Serve hot with green chutney.
