Paneer is one of the best sources of calcium and calcium helps strengthen bones & teeth. Adding mint is a great way to add flavor to a dish without adding excessive calories, sugar or sodium.
Paneer Pudina Tikki
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- 2 green chilli
- 250 grams paneer
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder arbi ka aata
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp oil
Start with fine chopping the mint leaves and chillies
Grate the paneer and combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well
Start giving the tikkis shape. Feel free to use moulds
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
Place the tikkis on the pan and cook them until golden brown
Serve hot with green chutney.
