Kairichi Amti
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- ¼ cup coconut grated
- 3 dried red chillies
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp fenugreek seeds
- 2½ cup water
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

Start peeling the mangoes and cut them into cubes.

Add them to the boiling water and cook with a pinch of salt until the mangoes turn soft.

Dry roast the masalas and put them in the grinder to make a paste.

Add oil to the pan and heat it.

Add the paste and turn off the heat.

Remove the excess water from the mangoes and retain only required amount.

Add the pureed masala, jaggery and salt and cook until the mangoes are further soft and masala is cooked.

Serve hot with brown rice.
