Everybody loves mangoes, so we thought why not give a sweet n’ sour twist to your basic kadhi with this easy to make Fajeto recipe

This summer special delicacy is a burst of flavors and we are sure it will delight your taste buds in this scorching heat.

Papayas are not the only fruit that contains enzymes for breaking down protein. Mangoes too have this healthful quality. The fiber in mangos also helps digestion and elimination of toxic products from the body.

  • ½ cup mango pulp fresh
  • 1 cup curd
  • 3 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp hing
  • 4-5 round red chilies
  • 10-12 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp jaggery
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder


  1. In a bowl, make the curd-mango mixture using mango purée, curd, gram flour, green chilli paste, turmeric, salt, and water.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, red chili, curry leaves and mix.
  3. Now, pour the curd-mango mixture, jaggery and cook it.
  4. Season it with ginger powder and serve garnished with coriander.
