Pav Bhaji
Ingredients
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Onion 2 chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 3 chopped finely
- Green peas 1/4 cup
- Green Chili 2 chopped finely
- Capsicum 1/2 cup chopped finely
- Paneer 1 cup crumbled
- Raw banana 1 diced
- Carrot 1 diced
- Cauliflower florets 1/2 cup
- Beetroot 1/4 cup diced
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Pav Bhaji Masala Powder 3 tbsp
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander 2 tbsp finely chopped
- lemon juice 2 tsp
- Brown pav to serve
Instructions

Boil carrot, peas, banana, cauliflower and beetroot.

Now heat oil and butter in a pan, add cumin and let them sizzle.

Add onion and cook till it turns brown and becomes soft.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a min.

Add capsicum, green chillies and saute them.

Add in tomatoes and cook them down till it gets mushy.

Add in pav bhaji masala powder , turmeric powder, red chilin powder and salt and mix well.

Add in veggie mix along with paneer and mash it well using a masher or back of your spoon.

Add in coriander and lemon juice, mix well and serve with brown pav.
