Ingredients
- 300 gm paneer cubes cut into 1" pieces
- 2 tbsp spicy red garlic chutney
- 2 tbsp spicy green chutney
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes with 1/2 tsp red chili powder and 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup plain flour - corn flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp oil for shallow frying
Instructions

Divide the paneer in to 2 portion and slice the paneer cubes into 2 halves.

Apply a little garlic chutney on ½ of the paneer cubes of the first portion.

Sandwich with the remaining paneer cubes. Keep aside.

Same way apply green chutney on 1/2 of the paneer cubes of the second portion.

Sandwich with the remaining paneer cubes. Keep aside.

Combine the flour with salt and ¼ cup of water to make a thin batter.

Coat the paneer with the flour batter and then roll them in cornflakes mixture.

Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry a few paneer pieces at a time, till they are golden brown in colour from all sides.

Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
