Muesli Bar


  • 1 cup readymade muesli
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp ghee


  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add the muesli, brown sugar, jaggery and honey, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the flame and pour it onto a square shaped plate or mould and spread the mixture evenly, allow it to cool slightly.
  4. Cut the mixture while still slightly hot to make a bar.
  5. Store it in an air-tight container and use as required.
