Carrots and Oats Kozhukattai
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 3 tbsp Semolina
- 1/4 cup Grated carrots
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Green chili chopped)
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 sprig curry leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped
- 3 tbsp curd
- 1/4 tsp Eno
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions

Take the oats, semolina, carrots, onions, ginger, green chilly, coconut, curry leaves and coriander in a bowl.

Add eno, curd, salt, mix everything well.

Sprinkle some water (if needed) and turn everything as a dough.

Now make medium dumplings, arrange them on a greased idli plate and steam them for 15 mins or till they are cooked.
